🦈 Shark V4.5 β€” Full Update

Shark V4.5 is a polish-and-intelligence release that rebuilds how three of the bot's most visible systems look and behave, while also changing how moderation actions are presented to your community. Global Chat has been redesigned from the ground up for a cleaner, more modern feel: every relayed message now appears as a refined card showing the sender's avatar, name and home server, with a built-in Report button, and every notice for mutes, bans, removed messages and rate limits uses the same polished style with Shark's own emojis. Behind the scenes, Reef, Mako and Coral, Shark's AI moderators, now review every Global Chat message before any other server ever sees it, on every plan, watching for spam, harassment, hate and slurs, scams, phishing, unsafe links, inappropriate content, doxxing and attempts to evade the filters. Servers that have the AI Moderator enabled receive the full response, including a case, a warning, a timeout where appropriate and a direct message to the member, while all other servers still get the message removed immediately along with a network-wide strike system that mutes repeat offenders across Global Chat and treats serious violations as more severe than minor ones. If the AI service is ever slow or unavailable, Shark falls back on its built-in detectors so conversation never stalls, and /globalchat status has been redesigned to show your limits, your content settings and the AI moderators at a glance. AI Support is now far more accurate and far more respectful of your team: it can read your server's channel names and topics, roles, settings, Shark configuration and even who owns the server, so its answers reflect your real setup instead of guesses, and it only ever describes channels the member can actually see, which keeps staff-only areas private. It also steps aside the moment a human takes over, stopping as soon as a ticket is claimed or staff take over, even if an answer was already being written, and if a staff member simply replies in an unclaimed ticket it is claimed automatically so the AI never talks over them. A new Release button hands the ticket back to AI Support when staff are finished, members receive a short message whenever staff join or release their ticket, and the staff panel and /modmailstatus always show whether AI Support is active or paused. Leveling has been rebuilt as V2, with a new rank card that shows a progress bar toward the next level, the member's server rank, their next reward role and the current XP rate, a three-page leaderboard with Previous, Next and My Rank buttons, redesigned /leveling setup panels, and an upgraded /level command that can now look up other members, all rebuilt on a cleaner XP engine while your level-up messages stay exactly as they were. Moderation notices have also been reworked so they no longer reply to or quote the removed message and instead state only the rule that was broken without ever repeating what was said, and wherever message content still appears for staff, such as logs, direct messages and Global Chat reports, it is now blurred behind a spoiler so it can be revealed deliberately. Finally, we fixed an issue that caused part of the AI assistant's accuracy rules to be left out of its instructions, stopped AI Support from seeing recent staff conversation inside the ticket channel, and made messages across the bot cleaner and more consistent.

V4.5 makes Shark cleaner, smarter, and safer. 🦈
