Overview

Shark links your Roblox group and your Discord server together. Members verify once, and from then on their Discord role tracks their live Roblox group rank automatically. On top of that sync, Shark ships a full moderation toolkit, anti-raid and anti-nuke protection, a real ticket system, leveling and a server economy, and an AI assistant — all configured from Discord slash commands, with paid plans unlocking more of the toolkit.

Getting started

1. Add Shark to your server using the "Add to Discord" button — it requests the permissions it needs for moderation and role management.
2. Verify yourself by running /verify in Discord. Shark gives you a one-time code.
3. Add the code to your Roblox profile's About Me section.
4. Confirm it with /confirmverify — Shark checks the code against the live Roblox API and links your accounts.
5. Optional: link your Discord account on the website's Link accounts page too, so your connection status is saved and visible there.

Verification & rank sync

Once a member is verified, Shark keeps their Discord role matched to their current Roblox group rank automatically — no manual updates when someone gets promoted or demoted in-game.

/rank

Checks or sets a Roblox user's group rank directly by username, with autocomplete for role names as you type. No linked Discord account is required to use it — but if that Roblox account is linked to someone in your server, their Discord role updates at the same time.

/promote Essential+

Takes a whole promotion log — one line per person — and reports success or failure per line, instead of running /rank one at a time.

Join request handling

Verified members can be auto-accepted into your Roblox group. Everyone else waits for a human to review the request.

Moderation

The standard toolkit, with role-hierarchy checks so members can't act above their own rank:

• A case number for every action

Every action gets logged with a case number you can look up later with /modlogs — including anti-nuke responses, so there's always an audit trail.

Anti-raid

Detects a sudden spike in joins and can lock the server down automatically, holding brand-new accounts until it's clearly not an attack.

Anti-nuke

Detects dangerous mass actions — deleting channels, mass-banning members — and automatically responds, stripping access from the account responsible (compromised or not) before the damage spreads.

Ticket system Premium+

Post a panel with a single button. Opening it creates a private channel; staff can claim it, unclaim it, or delete it. Closing a ticket saves a full transcript to your log channel first, so nothing gets lost.

Leveling & economy Premium+

An XP system and a server currency to help keep members engaged — configurable from Discord alongside everything else.

AI assistant Ultimate

Members can ask /ask a question right in Discord and get a straight answer, without leaving the server.

Account linking

The website's Link accounts page connects your Discord account using real Discord OAuth2 — you're sent to Discord's own login page and Shark never sees your password. Once connected, your status is saved server-side, so it still shows "Connected" if you come back or refresh instead of resetting to "Not connected".

Roblox verification isn't done on the website — it happens entirely through /verify and /confirmverify in Discord, which is also what keeps your Discord role matched to your live Roblox group rank.
