SHARK™

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Shark, including the Discord bot, website, dashboard, Roblox/Discord account-linking features, documentation, and related services.

Effective date: September 15, 2026  ·  Last updated: September 15, 2026

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By adding, using, configuring, subscribing to, or otherwise accessing Shark, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Shark. You must also comply with the rules and terms of the platforms Shark integrates with, including Discord and Roblox.

If you use Shark for a Discord server or Roblox community, you represent that you have the authority needed to configure or authorize the relevant features.

2. Shark services

Shark provides tools that may include Discord moderation, logging, verification, Roblox group integration, rank synchronization, modmail, anti-raid and anti-nuke protections, leveling, AI-assisted features, web configuration, and server backups. Features may vary by plan, configuration, platform limits, or development status.

Shark may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features. We will not represent a feature as available when it has been removed or disabled.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Use Shark only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Discord, Roblox, and other applicable platform rules.
  • Maintain appropriate Discord bot permissions and Roblox group permissions for the features you enable.
  • Do not use Shark for spam, harassment, raids, credential theft, abuse, or activity intended to bypass platform safety or security systems.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Shark, its dashboard, APIs, databases, infrastructure, or another customer's data.
  • Keep API keys, bot tokens, OAuth credentials, webhook URLs, and other secrets secure. You are responsible for credentials you provide or control.

4. Accounts, integrations, and permissions

Some Shark features use Discord OAuth2, Discord APIs, Roblox APIs, or other third-party services. Shark does not need your Discord or Roblox password to provide these integrations. You authorize only the scopes, permissions, or group access required by the feature you choose.

Third-party services remain subject to their own terms and policies. Shark is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account actions, API changes, or other events controlled by those third parties.

5. Plans, subscriptions, and payments

Where paid Shark plans are offered, the plan, price, billing interval, and included features are shown at the time of purchase or arrangement. Paid access begins according to the applicable purchase or subscription terms.

Unless a separate written policy says otherwise, payments and refund requests are handled through the official Shark purchasing/support process. Nothing in these Terms guarantees a refund where a customer has already received substantial use of a paid service or has violated these Terms.

6. Server data and backups

Shark may store server configuration, settings, verification information, moderation records, logging configuration, modmail configuration, leveling data, and named server backup snapshots when those features are enabled. Backups are intended as a convenience and should not be treated as the sole copy of important server information.

You remain responsible for deciding what information your server stores through Shark and for configuring retention and access appropriately.

7. Intellectual property

Shark, its software, branding, website design, documentation, and original content are owned by Shark or its licensors, except for third-party materials and content supplied by users. These Terms grant you a limited right to use Shark while you are authorized to do so; they do not transfer ownership of Shark's source code, systems, trademarks, or other intellectual property.

You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or recreate Shark or its proprietary systems except where applicable law expressly permits it or Shark gives written permission.

8. Availability and third-party limits

Shark is provided on an ongoing-development basis. We aim to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Hosting providers, Discord, Roblox, networking providers, maintenance, rate limits, and other dependencies can affect availability.

9. Suspension and termination

Shark access may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, unauthorized access, violations of these Terms, or requests from an applicable platform or authority. You may stop using Shark at any time.

When your use ends, data may be deleted in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable retention requirements.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Shark is provided without warranties that every feature will always be available, accurate, secure, or error-free. Shark is not responsible for moderation actions, bans, suspensions, account restrictions, group actions, or other consequences imposed by Discord, Roblox, or another third party as a result of how you configure or use Shark.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, and nothing here removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Shark changes. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Shark after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Contact and support

Questions about these Terms, account access, privacy, or Shark support can be submitted through the official Shark support server.
